Our Vision for Reconciliation

Our vision for reconciliation is an Australia where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples achieve equity, self-determination and genuine inclusion across all aspects of society.

At Symbos Group, reconciliation means more than awareness. It requires ongoing action, accountability and respect. Through our Innovate RAP, we are working to strengthen relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities, build cultural capability across our workforce, create meaningful employment and procurement opportunities, and ensure our services are fair, respectful and culturally informed.

We acknowledge the continuing impacts of colonisation and the systemic barriers that still contribute to inequity. We are committed to listening, learning and working in partnership to create safer, more inclusive experiences for our people, customers, clients and communities.

Our reconciliation journey is ongoing. The Symbos Group Innovate RAP 2026–2028 provides a practical framework for embedding reconciliation into how we work, make decisions and contribute to a more equitable future.
